Patrick's technical background and extensive experience with high-profile projects enable Patrick to analyze current market trends and determine property potential—with outstanding results.

Patrick began his real estate career working in a commercial appraisal firm that specialized in litigation support. Having gained technical knowledge by evaluating complicated properties, Patrick shifted to commercial brokerage. In 2005, he joined Duncan Commercial, LLC. Under the mentorship of Joe Duncan, Patrick became a partner, and in 2013 he purchased the company—now known as Duncan & Shelton Commercial, LLC.

Patrick has worked with prominent development firms from around the nation and within the Austin Metro Area. He holds a bachelor of science in applied economics and a bachelor of business administration from Texas Tech University. As an invited member of Austin Commercial Real Estate Society (ACRES), Patrick stands among the elite senior-level commercial real estate brokers in the Austin MSA.

Reagan has created opportunities for sites that veteran brokers said were impossible to sell, and she secured a contract within one month for a property that received no offers in six years with the previous listing broker. Reagan’s technical background allows her to provide superior analysis of properties and submarkets.

Reagan began her career in civil engineering with an emphasis on land development engineering before pivoting to real estate investment and brokerage. Today, Reagan is routinely contacted by developers from across the United States, and even by the largest developer in China, who seek her help in understanding Austin and its surrounding markets.

Reagan earned a bachelor of science in civil engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech). She holds leadership roles in Austin’s two premier commercial real estate societies, the Urban Land Institute and the Real Estate Council of Austin. In these roles, she works on projects that are most critical to land use in Austin.

Back in the days when much of Austin looked like cow pastures, Joe worked with a handful of other prominent community leaders to persuade major employers to relocate their businesses to the Greater Austin Area, helping to make its economy what it is today. Over the years, he has perfected his approach to brokerage and amassed a trove of market knowledge. Today, Joe Duncan is still regarded as one of the most illustrious, honest, and competent land brokers in Central Texas.
