Reagan Wood — Land Specialist
Reagan Wood is the go-to land specialist for some of Austin’s most accomplished developers, owners, and buyers. Reagan’s technical background allows her to provide unmatched analysis of properties and submarkets.
Reagan began her career in civil engineering with an emphasis on land development, then pivoted to real estate investment and brokerage. Today, Reagan routinely works with premier local and national developers, investors, and users.
Reagan earned a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech). She has held numerous leadership roles in Austin’s two premier commercial real estate societies, the Urban Land Institute and the Real Estate Council of Austin, has served on the board of local charity Help Clifford Help Kids, and currently serves on a Curriculum Advisory Committee for Austin Community College. Reagan was inducted by her peers into the Austin Commercial Real Estate Society (ACRES), an organization comprised of the top 90 commercial real estate brokers in the 5-County Austin Metropolitan Area.
