Land Dev Brokerage – Specializing in Land for Development
Serious buyers and sellers of land demand serious results. And serious results require a broker who understands the complexities of land deals. The founder of Land Dev Brokerage, Reagan Wood, is a broker and former land development engineer—a skillset unique in Central Texas. She created a company to provide a brokerage service missing from the Austin Metro Area – true expertise in sales of land ready for development.
Land Dev Brokerage is uniquely positioned to guide its clients through complex and high-profile transactions, whether single-family or urban infill. Even in the COVID-19 climate, Wood is delivering unmatched results at pre-COVID prices for clients, recently putting two (all cash) deals under contract in the same day, one of which went under contract the day of receiving the listing assignment, and both of which closed without a re-trade. Since then six more deals are proceeding to contract and/or have closed during Covid.
Other recent transactions span four counties, from San Antonio to Austin, and include a 250-acre off-market single-family opportunity (recently closed, represented seller), an off-market industrial flex office deal (closed), a Hays County land sale (closed, represented seller), an adaptive re-use deal in south Central Austin (closed), an adaptive re-use office deal near Plaza Saltillo (closed), and a high-density single-family transaction in San Antonio (closed). Wood has also consistently delivered off-market opportunities, in excess of $50M each, every year of being licensed. These results – for sellers and buyers –are possible due to Wood’s expert approach.
Land Dev Brokerage is currently offering opportunities in every county in the Austin Metro Area. No firm in Central Texas has comparable technical expertise when it comes to land.
